1953

Ankara İmar and Türkiye İnşaat Malzemeleri (TİMLO) were established to develop real estate projects in Türkiye.

2002

After the transfer of Emlak Bank shares to TOKI (49.4% partnership), the company obtained REIC status.

2010

The first public offering was conducted through a capital increase of TRY 2.5 billion.

2013

The second public offering achieved a free-float ratio of 50.6%, raising TRY 3.8 billion.

2025 3.Q

Turkey’s largest REIC, with 418 completed developments, 418 tenders held, an asset value of TRY 297.8 billion, and TRY 57 billion in pre-sales revenue.
